Train the Trainer

Trainers must become proficient at the skills and competencies that define them as professional trainers. As with any profession, they are required to master a certain body of knowledge and set of skills. To that end, the Certification Training Program provides both novice and experienced trainers with a comprehensive set of tools to develop training skills and competencies. It supplies employers and contractors with the knowledge that their trainers have proven themselves to be fully equipped to handle any type of training challenge.

To become certified, participants must undergo a pre-test and post-test. They are video-taped throughout the intensive four day training program for direct and high impact feedback. They are evaluated at every step through their learning curves. And finally, if they meet the requirements, they receive a Master Trainer Certification which sets them apart in the world of training and development.

Yes, we practice what we preach. The field of training and development is growing every day, and with growth comes the demand for more and better-trained trainers. For the purposes of our unique Train the Trainer Certification, “trainer” refers to anyone who is responsible for adult learning.
A trainer might be:

 an internal HRD professional responsible for providing training to all levels of employees
 a subject-matter expert who has been enlisted as a full-time professional trainer
 one who delivers training on a part-time basis
 a practitioner who contracts with an organization to design and/or deliver training programs.
