The Project Manager Assessment Profile (PMAP™) is a unique leadership assessment and developmental experience designed for individuals
who are currently functioning as Project Managers and those who may be considered as future Project Managers. The process provides
management with selection recommendations and specific developmental plans for each individual based upon 32 assessed Project Manager
leadership and task capabilities. Specific analytical skills include Planning and Organizing, Problem Solving, Customer Relations,
Project Administration, Cost Stewardship, Conflict Management, Project Control, Risk Management, Evaluation and Closing among others.
